Charades helps children – and adults – learn how to:
stand in front of a group,
think on their feet,
make quick decisions,
use their imaginations,
communicate nonverbally,
be comfortable in their own bodies,
handle losing and winning,
handle embarrassment,
laugh at themselves,
enjoy friendly competition.

In many ways, charades can also teach every player a good dose of kindness and humility.
