Imagine your children overflowing with love for God and for other people.
Imagine them having all the knowledge they need and all the discernment they need.
Imagine them discovering what is excellent.
Imagine them being sincere and blameless when Jesus returns.
Imagine them filled with the fruit of righteousness which comes through Jesus Christ.
Imagine them living for the glory and praise of God.
Homeschooling gives you the opportunity to train your children in those ways every day. Even more importantly, you can ask God for this. This is what Paul prayed for his beloved Philippians. It is what God wants for your children, even more than it is what you want for them. He is listening.
And this I pray, that your love may overflow still more and more
in real knowledge and all discernment,
so that you may discover the things that are excellent,
that you may be sincere and blameless for the day of Christ;
having been filled with the fruit of righteousness
which comes through Jesus Christ,
for the glory and praise of God.
